113-2 Certificate for EMI Course Completion open for Download
In accordance with the Ministry of Education's "Program on Bilingual Education for Students in College, BEST",
undergraduate students can receive an "Certificate for EMI Course Completion" upon graduation and based on the number of EMI course credits they have completed. Please refer to the attached table for the certification criteria.
Starting from the 113-2 semester, NSYSU will issue the digital "Certificate for EMI Course Completion," available for download by bachelor's degree graduates from this semester (113-2).
Regarding the definition of EMI courses, please refer to the "Program on Bilingual Education for Students in College" webpage (

NSYSU's EMI course definition is as follows:
(1) Courses taught in English, excluding language courses (such as Japanese, Russian, etc.), general English courses, and inter-college EAP/ESP courses.
(2) All specialized courses in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature are included in our university's EMI course scope.
Download Period: From July 4, 2025, until one year after graduation. Certificate files will only be retained for one year after departure,
students wishing to apply after the deadline should contact the Teaching and Learning Development and Resources Offices, Office of Academic Affairs Office, in person.
